Buying while you're in Dubai?
If you're looking at property during your visit, check the real return before you commit. Our calculator shows the net yield after every cost, or message us about a specific unit.
Making the most of the trip
- Weather: December is one of the coolest months. National Center of Meteorology figures put December highs across the UAE at about 22 to 27°C, with lows of 13 to 17°C. Bring a layer for the evening.
- Visas: some nationalities get a visa on arrival, others need to apply before travelling. Check u.ae. Your passport should be valid for at least six months.
- Stay a few extra days: early December is a busy, pleasant time in the UAE, and Dubai is about an hour and a half away.
Thinking about Dubai property while you're here?
Many race visitors fly through Dubai or spend part of the trip there. If you are thinking about property, a December visit is a good time to see Dubai neighbourhoods in person, meet agents and developers face to face and compare price, rent, service charges and vacancy. It is worth working out the net return, not just the headline yield, before you commit.
