Thinking about Dubai property while you're here?
Jumeirah Golf Estates sits in the south-west of Dubai, near communities such as Al Furjan, Dubai Sports City and Motor City. A golf weekend is a good chance to see these areas in person, check commutes and meet agents and developers face to face. Whether an area suits you depends on price, rent, service charges and vacancy, so it is worth working out the net return, not just the headline yield.
