Buying while you're in Dubai?
If you're looking at property during your visit, check the real return before you commit. Our calculator shows the net yield after every cost, or message us about a specific unit.
Making the most of the trip
- Weather: late November is pleasant, with average highs around 28 to 30°C and lows near 18 to 20°C. Bring a layer for the evening.
- Visas: some nationalities get a visa on arrival, others need to apply before travelling. Check u.ae. Your passport should be valid for at least six months.
- Plan your ride home: queues build after the last match, so the Festival Bus or a pre-booked ride saves time.
Thinking about Dubai property while you're here?
A weekend in Dubai for the 7s is a good chance to look at property too. You can see neighbourhoods such as JLT, Dubai Marina, Business Bay or Motor City in person, check commutes and meet agents and developers face to face. Whether an area suits you depends on price, rent, service charges and vacancy, so it is worth working out the net return, not just the headline yield.
