Buying while you're in Dubai?
If you're looking at property during your visit, check the real return before you commit. Our calculator shows the net yield after every cost, or message us about a specific unit.
Making the most of the trip
- Weather: November is warm but much more comfortable than the summer. Daytime highs drop from the mid 30s°C early in the month towards the high 20s by the end. Bring sunscreen and plenty of water.
- Visas: some nationalities get a visa on arrival, others need to apply before travelling. Check u.ae. Your passport should be valid for at least six months.
- The race is part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge. See our Dubai Fitness Challenge guide.
- Spectating: bring a hat and comfortable shoes for the Event Village and the run course.
Thinking about Dubai property while you're here?
Al Mamzar sits on the waterfront in the north of Dubai, and the bike course takes in some of the city's older districts and new landmarks. If you are thinking about Dubai property, a race weekend lets you see neighbourhoods in person and meet agents and developers face to face. Compare price, rent, service charges and vacancy, and work out the net return, not just the headline yield, before you commit.
