Buying while you're in Dubai?
If you're looking at property during your visit, check the real return before you commit. Our calculator shows the net yield after every cost, or message us about a specific unit.
Making the most of the trip
- Weather: by late November daytime highs are usually in the high 20s°C, with cooler evenings. Grandstand seats are unshaded, so bring a hat and sunscreen; umbrellas are not allowed in the grandstands.
- Visas: some nationalities get a visa on arrival, others need to apply before travelling. Check u.ae. Your passport should be valid for at least six months.
- Water: single-use plastic bottles are not allowed, but there are free refill stations inside, so bring a reusable bottle.
- Good to know: no re-entry, one small bag per person, no outside food or drink. Tickets arrive around ten days before in the Fever app.
Thinking about Dubai property while you're here?
SailGP races in Dubai the weekend before, so some visitors combine the two. If you are thinking about Dubai property, a trip like this lets you see neighbourhoods in person and meet agents and developers face to face. Compare price, rent, service charges and vacancy, and work out the net return, not just the headline yield, before you commit.
