Reem Al Khatib co-founded GuestReady GCC in 2018 as its first person on the ground, built a team of over 100, led the launch in Saudi Arabia and managed more than 1,000 homes. That operating data (service charges, vacancy, maintenance, fit-out) goes into every property Yield underwrites.

We don't work with developers, so our advice isn't tied to selling any project. Each client has one lead from purchase to sale, working with our design, leasing and operations partners.
